Write with AI and still sound like you.

The Writing Style Guide builds a piece from your idea or notes, or repairs a draft that came out generic, and makes the result read like you wrote it. It runs in Claude, ChatGPT, or any model that takes pasted text.

The failure mode

Clean grammar. No clichés. Still sounds like AI.

You know the draft. The banned words are gone, the filler is gone, the sentences are fine. And it still reads machine-made.

When that happens the problem is rarely the vocabulary. It is the skeleton, the proof, the voice, or the rhythm, and swapping words reaches none of those.

What makes it different

It gives the model something good to imitate.

A model copies the style of what you show it more closely than it follows the rules you give it.

So this works by showing it good writing and your own material, and it spends almost no effort on lists of words to ban. That is the difference between this and a prompt that hands the model ten words to avoid.

What it does

Two ways in: build, or repair.

Bring an idea or a few notes and it builds a draft with you, asking only for what it needs first.

Bring a finished AI draft and it repairs the parts that read as machine-written and leaves the parts that already sound like you alone.

Either way, you supply the material and it does the shaping.

Proof

Watch it work.

A real product announcement, before and after.

Before, scored 9 of 10 for sounding machine-made

We're thrilled to announce that our new dashboard is live! This game-changing update will revolutionize how you track your metrics. With a sleek, intuitive interface, you can now see all your data in one place. We can't wait for you to try it!

After

The dashboard is live. Your metrics used to live across four separate screens, and now they sit in one. You can see traffic, revenue, and churn on a single view without switching tabs. It does not yet let you build custom reports, and that is the next thing we are working on. If you tracked metrics the old way, this is the change worth a look.

The hype came out. A specific change went in. The version that admits a limit is the one a reader believes.

The score

It grades the draft, then points at the fix.

Every pass returns a score. One number for how machine-made the writing reads, from 1 for human to 10 for machine, and three more for voice, specificity, and rhythm.

Then one line on the single change that would raise the weakest number the most.

The score keeps the tool honest, and it tells you where to push.

Who it is for

Made for people who publish under their own name.

Newsletter writers, founders writing their own posts, marketers and solo operators who use AI to move faster and refuse to read like everyone else.

If your name is on the work, the work should sound like you.

FAQ

Common questions.

Is this a prompt pack?

+
No. A prompt pack is a list of commands. This is one standard the model runs on, in two modes, that loads deeper methods only when a draft needs them and scores the result.

Can it write from scratch, or only fix AI drafts?

+
Both. Build mode starts from your idea or notes. Repair mode fixes an existing draft. Both keep your voice.

Will it make AI write in my voice?

+
Not by magic. You give it real material, and a filled Style Card if you want one. It protects your source, your phrasing, and the lines that are yours, and it will not invent a personality you did not supply.

Will it beat AI detectors?

+
No promise. Detectors are inconsistent, and chasing them makes writing worse. This fixes the things that make AI drafts read as generated: thin material, default structure, unearned confidence, flattened voice, and dead rhythm.

Do not ask AI to sound human.

Give it something real to work with, keep the parts that are yours,
and make the writing move.
